October 11-13, 2025
Sanctuary of the Healing Arts
Philomath, Oregon (Eugene area)
Gather in sacred space to slow down, breathe deeply, and listen. With the guidance of plant medicine and skilled support, this weekend invites you to remember who you truly are, honor your path, and open to the essence of belonging. Held within the sacred container of Divine Earth Church, this experience is an exploration for the soul — a space where deep healing spiritual practices meet soul renewal and an opening into the depths.

Our Retreats Help You:
-
Reconnect with yourself - body, mind and spirit - in the present moment and listen for what is opening in you.
-
Honor your pain and struggles with respect and an open heart.
-
Align with your essence and true path.
-
Discover new opportunities and open portals of transformation.
-
Awaken your inner power, passions, and capacity for love, while further opening to the beauty of who you are.
-
Cultivate healthy individual and community relationships, while honoring our deep connection with the earth and the elements.

In this retreat, you’ll be guided into the ancient spirit wisdom of Five Element Chinese Medicine—a powerful system to support deep transformation.
Rooted in nature’s rhythms and the interconnected cycles of life, this body of knowledge offers a sacred map for your journey of awakening.
We'll explore teachings that:
-
Illuminate pathways for transformation and growth—during the retreat and long after
-
Help you understand yourself as part of nature’s living intelligence, both inside and out
-
Offer a safe and sacred container—a framework that holds your unfolding and supports real change
-
Awaken you to your gifts, your power, your capacity to serve and transform
-
Provide tools and practices to carry with you into life beyond the retreat
You will learn about the Five Elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and
Water—and how each relates to emotional and spiritual themes we all encounter:
Wood: working with anger and the need for vision and direction
Fire: healing the heart, cultivating joy, connection, and trust
Earth: transforming worry and over-care into nourishment and belonging
Metal: facing grief and loss while reclaiming worth and reverence
Water: tending fear and trauma while restoring deep trust and wisdom
By creating an intentional, energetically attuned space, we invite each participant
to access their innate spiritual intelligence, opening the door to profound insight,
healing, and personal awakening.

This retreat includes a powerful group auricular acupuncture session (included in the fee, no extra cost, and optional) designed to calm the nervous system and open pathways for deep transformation.

A graduate of the Upaya Zen Center Buddhist Chaplaincy program, Diana has explored Buddhist spiritual practices since the 1980s. Diana is certified in the process called Happy For No Reason, and was a staff member of Spring Hill which held Opening the Heart workshops.

Through Your Life Medicine (yourlifemedicine.net), Diana leads groups, workshops, and international pilgrimages focused on healing and transformation. She is certified in Plant Spirit Medicine through Eliot Cowan and has organized plant medicine ceremonies in Oaxaca, Mexico, based on Huichol traditions.
