Gather in sacred space to slow down, breathe deeply, and listen. With the guidance of plant medicine and skilled support, this weekend invites you to reconnect with spirit, earth, and your inner truth. This retreat offers a potent space for healing, clarity, and awakening. Please note that these journeys can be challenging, all of it in the spirit of your own transformation. We never know what the wisdom will bring.

Diana integrates the ancient spirit wisdom of the Five Element Chinese medicine model, while Renee brings her clinical understanding of polyvagal theory of the nervous system, and breathwork, along with her medical knowledge, to support the journey.  By creating an intentional space, we allow participants to tap into their inner spiritual intelligence, fostering profound personal transformation.
